Saudi Horeca is an annual event dedicated to the hospitality industry, which for more than 50 editions has been delighting with modern solutions for hospitality, food and beverage. In its history to date, Saudi Horeca has been organized by several countries: Lebanon, Jordan, Kuwait, Oman and Saudi Arabia. This year the event will be held in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
During the show, entrepreneurs from all over the world have the opportunity to participate in numerous attractions. Organizers provide culinary demonstrations, food testing, and barista competitions. But the real heart of the event is the exhibitors, who come from different parts of the world to share their unique solutions with attendees. Shawarmer is a quick-service restaurant founded in 1999, which has grown to more than 90 restaurants across the whole Saudi Arabia region. The Shawarmer mission is to take a traditional street food and through innovation, creativity, and experimentation, constantly modernize and interpret shawarma with new flavors, sauces, and variations in wraps and sandwich styles. The company wanted to have mobile apps which will enable users to conveniently order food for pick-up from all of their Shawarmer restaurants.
Alamar is a leading operator of quick service restaurant chains based in Saudi Arabia, North Africa and Pakistan. The company is the exclusive representative of brands such as Domino's Pizza and Dunkin' Donuts. Railwaymen's role in this project was to develop the eWallet in the client's application. The scope of our work included creating the API and preparing the admin panel according to the guidelines. The result of our work will soon be published as a Case Study on our website.

CostTracker is a cloud-based platform which helps companies save time and money through total control of costs in the organisation. It’s a tool that enables the creation of purchase order databases that can be properly automated. With CostTracker you can easily create, approve, archive and invoice any order. This digital process management saves time and is also easy to use. The platform allows you to track costs in real time in the companies covered by the system. In addition, CostTracker guarantees convenient administration, which translates into the creation of databases, orders or effective management of human resources.
Our portfolio also includes a FoodTech application project for a client in a Central and Eastern European country. Due to the signed NDA agreement, we cannot disclose all the details of this solution. The application we developed is a food service system that allows integration with online ordering.
It's a tool that allows to handle orders on the premises and send them directly to the kitchen at the same time. All of the orders processed through the app can be exported in the form of a detailed report. An additional advantage is the ability to manage the menu of the premises and control the resources in the warehouse. From the app, the owner can also control finances and scale his business properly.
